Information pursuant to the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR) and the German Packaging Act (VerpackG)

Our company falls within the scope of the PPWR and, as an economic operator pursuant to Article 3 of the PPWR, generally assumes the roles of both a producer and a manufacturer of packaging.

In accordance with the producer obligations set out in Article 15 of the PPWR, we carry out conformity assessments, label our packaging in accordance with Article 15 of the PPWR, and prepare an EU Declaration of Conformity pursuant to Article 39 of the PPWR. During the transitional periods provided for by the PPWR, we will also comply with the applicable future obligations.

As a manufacturer within the meaning of Article 3(1)(15) of the PPWR, we are registered with the German Central Agency Packaging Register (LUCID) under registration number DE1455339392173.
