Our quality assurance includes state-of-the-art testing techniques in our own laboratory, where we carry out detailed material tests to ensure that all specifications and requirements are met. In addition, all production processes are monitored and continuously improved by our specially trained quality department.
Tensile tests in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 6892 standard are carried out on our state-of-the-art “Galdabini Quasar 100 kN” tensile testing machine. This machine enables precise and reproducible tests to determine the mechanical properties of materials, in particular tensile strength, elongation and modulus of elasticity.
We use the highly developed “Spectromaxx” analyzer to determine the chemical composition of materials. This advanced technology enables us to carry out precise and rapid element analyses to accurately determine the material composition.
In order to stay at the cutting edge, we not only invest in the further training of our employees, but also in the regular modernization of our machinery. This enables us to guarantee consistently high quality and reliable delivery capability.
